"Went in to get a dozen donuts. Told them I want a variety. When I went to tell person at counter he picked for me. I told him the ones I wanted but made no difference. I also stressed specifically to give me Bismark. I got no Bismark but Boston cream after clarifying multiple times what I wanted. Idk who took over ownership there but it's horrible and the quality of the donuts was just as bad! Don't waste your money or time!"

"Just stopped in this morning and ordered a variety of menu items. Everything was amazing!! The iced coffees were perfectly sweet, breakfast sandwich was savory and the munchkins were fresh. Friendly staff also!"

"I've always come to this location, and the people here are always really nice. The food here is great, I've never had a complaint at this location before. Today, this girl intervened when I asked for a recommendation for a drink. She said she made a brown sugar cookie, and butter pecan drink, (I've probably got the name of that wrong.) But, it is amazing!!! I highly recommend going to this location, you will not be disappointed. Five stars!"

"I come here with my friend who is addicted to their Carmel iced coffees and I enjoy the frozen hot chocolate since I do not like coffee. I love the hash browns as well! Just wish they came in different sizes."

"A new flavor of donuts! Chocolate & Strawberry. Don’t bother to ask for papers between them, “we don’t do” that was the response. The paper they used to grab the donuts are then tossed in the trash. This has been the last several years so. it a recent thing. I quit buying from here but my wife drove through and this was here surprise. She was more activated bit probably because I expect it and quit buying anything from here. Customer service just isn’t and hasn’t been there. As others mention, most act like they would like to be anywhere else in the world. This really goes back to the owners though. The employees do & get away with what the owners are willing to let them. It’s not a top coffee place but definitely not the cheapest around either."
