"I came at 9pm but it's still an hour from close spentlike 35$ and all the food I mean all the food was hardly warm been sitting under a heat lamp I guess but not even warm everything was hardened like we would've waited no need to save stuff that's been sitting there that long"
"Wrong order. Ordered 4 roast beef and 2 large Dr Pepper... received right drink but got two fish sandwiches...tried calling store three times and the answered but then hung up the phone. Answered the phone not saying Arby's but what.then hellooooo..will never stop at this Arby's again"
"Maybe hire more employees... The wait is ridiculously long at the speaker & at the window even though there's no one in line. What are they even doing in there?? Two cars have drove off while im writing this."
"Roast beef slider 5 stars. Warm and decent portion for price. Home fries 2 stars. Immediately cold. Sprite 5 stars. Cold and Good mix of carbonation/syrup. Apple turnover 1 star. Received Cherry, smashed and cold. Service 5 stars. Time was as expected. Kelsey was more than happy to give extra ketchup upon request and very courteous."
"As we waited at the front counter for our order to be taken, the manager on duty had to come out of the kitchen to give a refund to an elderly couple because the cashier had put their order in wrong. I guess we should have known then to go somewhere else. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt though. We are all human and make mistakes sometimes. We give our order. When we get to the table with our food it is already obvious that our order is wrong. We ordered 2 fish sandwiches and a fish sandwich combo. Two sandwiches are in paper wrappers and one is in a box. I didn't even think to look at the receipt I take the one in the box and one in the paper up to the counter and ask what the difference is. The says that the one in the box is chicken. She offered to make me another fish and I politely told her no and went back to my seat. The manager on duty decides to yell to me from the kitchen and offer to make another sandwich. Once again I say no. Only this time I tell her that I don't want to wait for another sandwich to be made. She says that fresh fish has just finished cooking (still yelling at me from the kitchen). I say no I'm good, and her tone of voice told me that she got an attitude. She said "Well you have a good day ma'am!" Totally unnecessary. I could have brushed all of this off, if the chicken on my sandwich had looked edible. On first look, it appeared like it was either old or very overcooked. Then after I bite into it I realize that the chicken inside of the breading is barely cardboard thick. I was less than thrilled to realize that my sandwich was 95% bread and breading. I would have gotten more chicken in a McChicken sandwich next door for 1/4 of the price. That just made the whole experience less than worth the whole experience. Especially the attitude that I received from the manager on duty."
