"5 way with half habanero & half regular cheese (layered or mixed) is just right spicy. Food is served fast."
"This skyline is amazing. I’ve never had a bad experience here! The employees work their butts off no matter busy or not and you can tell they truly care about their customers. I always get greeted so friendly when I walk in the door as well as AMAZING food each time :) Thankyou my skyline fam for giving me not only food to look forward to, but a great atmosphere too!"
"This is a long, convoluted review, but TL;DR I won't be visiting this Skyline ever again (after ~15 visits.) I love Skyline and I absolutely have favorite locations--there is no possible way this one falls into that category for anyone. When we first moved to the area, we frequented this Skyline because it was the closest to our house. 3 of the first 5 times I visited this location I found a hair in my food. (3 out of 5!!!!) I immediately told my wife, co-workers, and anyone that would listen that this location was on my "ban list." For years, we happily drove to the one on 48 and the one by Home Depot on Escort Drive. Both of those locations: fantastic! Have them fill your Skyline needs--they're great. After a few years, friends asked if we would meet up for Skyline at this location. It had been a few years, so I decided to give them a shot. In the past 4 months since then, I would say we've visited 4 or 5 times. All-in-all it's been good, not great. Probably like a 3.5. On every occasion, I haven't felt a great deal of friendliness and the place always has some level of chaos going on. One bad night because someone called off, an extra few groups visited, or a product being out is completely justified. But it's a pattern here where a.) they aren't friendly like you expect at Skyline and b.) it feels stressful in the drive-thru/kitchen/counter area. It's -never- smooth. Last night while checking out, the stressors were at full capacity. There was a woman trying to fill drinks, do something in drive-thru, bag an order ahead of me, AND check me out for my bill (all at once.) While this is commendable on some level, they really needed an additional person working, someone to step in and alleviate all of these spinning plates, or some training involved so that it could step-by-step to complete a task before taking on the next one. In the midst of this, my credit card got lost. It's definitely my fault, but I haven't lost a credit card in 22 years. Not a problem, I figured I would just call them to confirm it's there before I show up and, apparently, add to their chaos. Well, I called today at 8:00pm. I figured the dinner rush would have started slowing down and it would be a fair time for a phone call. The call was answered and when I asked about my card, the gentleman on the phone rudely said, "I'm too busy right now, could you call back in 30 minutes?" I was pretty put off by this, but I work in a restaurant and understand where attention is needed sometimes at that moment. I said that I would and hung up. I called a little more than 30 minutes later and a woman answered. I explained that I was asked to call back and without having to relay the story, the guy in an even MORE rude way said, "Just take his name and number and tell him we'll call him." It's been an hour, I still don't have a phone call, and I really doubt that I'm going to get one. I'll never be back to this location between the hair in the food, the bad customer service, and flat-out chaos that is always present, it's not worth my time."
"Went to have dinner on Monday August 7th, and we got our own booth, and sat there until our server showed up. That took a bit to happen. She took our order, and like forgot about us. later brought us our food. Then never came back again until I motioned her. She brought our check. Not a good experience at all ."
"So I went to max pizza beer was warm so I left there and came to skyline you just can't go wrong with this place, I just wish they would sell beer."
