Papa Johns Pizza

"I can't count on them to deliver. You'd think they could get into an apartment building with 60+ apartments less than a half a mile away. No one can ever work the door code, though Amazon, FedEx and every other pizza place in the area can. I have bad knees from the military, and sometimes it's hard to do those stairs. If I want Papas I have to go pick up. This time the driver waited for me at the lobby door, outside in 30 degree weather, and my food not even in an insulated bag, out in the cold too. Food was late, cold, and I'm just going to get delivery from competent pizza places when I'm hurting too much to go pick it up."

"Although Papa John's is great, the employees at this location use over proofed dough. I've been making doughs for bread, pizza, etc. for years. If the manager or owner sees this, ensure your staff doesn't use over proofed dough. The last three times I've purchased pizza from your store, the crust was nearly as thin as paper."

"If you like them getting your order wrong and then them giving you a free pizza with a bunch rotted portabello mushrooms on it...... you'll love this Papa John's!...... I almost feel like I'm inconveniencing them when I order from them by phone. You can find better pizza within 2 miles for $5 less.On the positive side,they are always friendly in person just not on the phone, and the store is always clean. I probably had 1 bad experience. If I order again I will update my review accordingly."

"I got a steak hoagie from here they burnt the cheese and bread and all the sauce ran out onto the outside of the wrapper. It was the worst steak hoagie i have ever bite into. Also I would never order the epic stuffed crust, it is so greasy and everything just fell off when you picked up a piece."
