Chipotle Mexican Grill

"The chipotlane is supposed to be the fast east way to drive through and get your food. Yet half the time when I show up there is a 30+ minute wait. And since I’ve already ordered and paid through the app. Leaving means losing my lunch. Please fix your process so that orders can be processed faster. My pickup was scheduled for 11:50, I arrived at 12:00, it’s now 12:21 and there 6+ cars still ahead of me. Update: 12:51 I finally got my order."

"Legitimately, this is the worst chipotle on the planet. I honestly don’t know what they’re doing. The first time we ordered there on a Sunday we waited in their drive-through for like legit 90 minutes after the food was due. We just ordered online and gave them a second chance and picked it up. Three of our four entrées were completely wrong. Two were missing the meat and the fajita mix. Honestly, chipotle has a major problem with this location. Avoid the Ridge location like the plague. They can’t do anything right"

"Just a few days after opening they were out of a number of items including sour cream, salsa, vinaigrette, and guac. I’m giving four stars because the employees were nice and informative and my bowl turned out great because of their hard work. It’s a shame the manager can’t keep the food in stock right after opening. *editing my review to knock it down a few stars. I went back and they were out of more items. Really embarrassing for the GM/manager."
