"we went in here the other night, and we were the only people that had come into order. While I understand that obviously it takes time to cook; it took about 15+ minutes to get our order of two grilled sandwiches. granted everyone was really nice and I don’t think it was from a lack of care. It just seemed long for a sandwich with no other orders. In general, I think Penn Station quality has gone downhill. the meats don’t taste the same anymore. The price and portion amounts are not consumer friendly; less food for more money. overall if I’m wanting a sandwich and it’s nothing spectacular, I think Penn Station."

"Yes the sandwiches were delicious. It was hot, plenty of meat and full of flavor. I really liked the whole grain bread. It has been awhile since we had a decent meal from Penn Station. Keep it up."

"Terrible experience. Placed an order on July 4th and paid for it (couldn’t find anything that said they weren’t open, and nothing when we called multiple times saying they were closed, phones just rung and rung). Next night, we just tried to get them to make our order, and we’re told they couldn’t do that and we have to speak to the owner Steve Moore the next day. Now dealing with this for at least 3 days for something that should have been avoided by simply posting that they were closed, or turned off online ordering like other Penn Stations did in the area. We’re aware they’re franchised, so we thought this location decided to stay open. Extremely frustrating, and we will never use this location again. I would avoid if I were you as well. Rude employees, extremely unhelpful manager, and no one seemed to care that we were out $30 with no food. Extremely disappointing. Update: we spoke to the owner Steve, who was just as helpful as George the manager the night before. If you appreciate any kind of good customer service, I would avoid this location. The location in Hyde Park is much better."
