"I walked in, and before I could finish saying hello I was told that I would have to order online. I asked the employee to repeat herself, and she said if I wanted to order food I would have to do so online; she would not check me out at the register she stood in front of. I have never experienced this anywhere before."

"I placed my order online arrive 20 minutes later, no ones at the front for 10 minutes, a gentlemen finally comes up to the front in a balaclava face mask and then ask I if my orders ready. They say no, I wait some more and finally get up again after 10 minutes and they never even started my order. The place was freezing cold and the workers were just talking in the back without a care in the world."

"Waited 55 minutes for 15 boneless wings. We watched no less than 30 mobile orders (grub hub, door dash, ect) get prioritized over us. Food was pretty alright but the wait was no good. Won't return"

"Yeah this is the worst wingstop and exceptionally slow along with rude customer service, it's not that their purposely rude they lack personality period. Worker stated don't call saying it's cold it's been sitting an hour I thought about saying what would you do if I did call and say its cold but I figured nah he works at wingstop not worth even engaging, enjoy life. Update . . They keep the phone purposely off the hook so when you call you can't reach anyone and even when you do reach them they hang up or act like they can't hear you I'll attach photos of the phone off the hook I was shocked they let customers see it off the hook"
