"We had a wonderful server named Gage at the Fields Ertle location. He was very attentive, had a great memory a great attitude and worked really hard working the bar and the dining room. Extremely awesome server/bartender! He deserves to be recognized. Best server! He was on top of everything and had a lot of customers! Truly genuinely friendly!"

"The best thing that can describe this restaurant would be the legendary country song "As Good as I Once Was". The location is amazing, plenty of parking and the venue is very good. However, the restaurant looks very disappointing, it needs a lot of TLC to be greatly again as it was in the beginning. The restaurant is not clean, the floors and seats are sticky, the stuff are sloppy and slow, the service is below average. I hope the management will try to polish these details to make this restaurant to shine again."

"I grade hard. A 5 requires everything perfect. Not Michellin starts but up there. Maybe 1 out of 20. A 4 Requiees most categories well above average. Maybe 2 out of 20. A 3 is a decent meal. Service is what you expect. Hot food, correct order, engaging wait staff. Maybe 15 out of 20 make the grade. And sadly 2 out of 20 rate a 2 because they are just lacking. THIS IS A GOOD MEDIUM LEVEL CHAIN STEAK HOUSE. Much better than Outback or Texas Road House. Our waiter was great last night. But the order did have mistakes. One of three steaks was no where near as tender as the other two. If those two things did not happen might have given a 4."

"Really nice experience. Had some gift cards to use up. Food was good. Nice size portions and flavored just right. Sat at the bar and enjoyed a college football game. Service was pretty quick."
