"It was on Valentine's Day I went and this is how my sandwich looked. It was an amazing experience and I won't forget it!"
"Do not go to the Eastgate location!!! I waited in line, that I could not get out of, for over 45 minutes with two babies in the car. I pull up to the window and staff is just leisurely standing around talking. Then they had me pull forward and wait an additional 5 minutes…for ONE breakfast burrito!! Two cars behind me got their food first. This location has double lanes and they can’t even keep up with half of one lane. I went on a Monday just after 10am. I definitely recommend the Milford location over this one!!"
"Disappointed. Originally ordered just 4 chicken tenders and a lemonade but the cashier misinterpreted me and gave me a whole meal. Then when we got back onto the highway I see that they gave me 3 tenders instead of 4. Like, come on. At least the lemonade was good."
"The most kind person took my order here today. I was sick in the drive thru line and so embarrassed because it was lunch time and there were many people and I was holding up traffic. They employee who took my order asked if I was okay and I explained I was pregnant and didn't get to eat fast enough and it caused me to get sick. I apologized, and I was met with so much care and compassion I'm now sitting in the parking lot eating my food and crying because that was so nice. The employee made me feel like they could relate by informing me they had a child on the way as well and told me not to worry about getting sick in the drive thru. I've never had better customer service. I'm not local anymore but I would come back here just to be greeted by this employee every time. Deserves a raise! Under team member it just says iPad order but I was there at 12:29 and my transaction number was 8129 there was only one person out in the drive thru taking orders. Please give this staff member the recognition they deserve."
"Went for the new honey pimento chicken sandwich. Amazing! Classic Chick-fil-A. Fast service, hot fresh food, and clean facilities. Ordered and received our order within 10 minutes with a line wrapped around the block."
