"I ordered a Burritodilla, and it tasted very good. But the service was not very friendly; I had never gone to this chain before, and I had no idea what I was doing when I went up to order. The workers weren't very accomodating to this, and they came off pretty rudely when asking me what I wanted on the burritodilla. The food tasted good, but I wouldn't say it's worth $12, and it definitely didn't fill me up for dinner..."

"This is a huge training issue and accountability issue in this picture. This "burrito" has sauce and queso on the outside of it. It's very wet, I never enjoy leaving a non-five-star review but I can't believe someone is being paid for this. New edit: Got to be honest now. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I've ordered online three times now and I waited 5 minutes after the pickup time before leaving to go there. Got there, waited an additional 20 minutes while watching about 20 customers just walk in going through the line and getting their food well before me and plenty of other online order customers. If I order in the future, I'll be sure to order 45 minutes or more before going... Which is ridiculous in itself. On top of that, I always ask for hot salsa, no house or sour cream. I get both sour cream, house salsa, and never the hot salsa. I'll be letting everyone in my company know not to go to this location. It's unreal; unfortunately because I love bubbakoo's"
