"This location has gone downhill fast! I noticed new management and crew here as of yesterday. It's definitely not a change for the better. Slow employees half asleep, not knowing where the cilantro was, then not wanting to get me any once he found out (it was right behind him) and then the cashier overcharging me and adding items I never ordered. I got looked at sideways by her just for asking for an extra little cup of salsa for my tiny bag of chips. Then the height challenged manager got upset when he had to refund me for items I never ordered in the first place, really?! Prices have gone up, too. An extra HALF scoop of steak is now close to $6. So, with that rational, a FULL scoop of double meat is almost an extra $12. I paid almost $26 for one steak bowl with extra meat and a bag of chips and salsa. Welcome to 2024 prices. We used to like this location."
"I usually have a good experience here. Staff is usually friendly, food is usually good, although if you come later than 9pm they're sometimes out of regular staples you'd assume they should have to complete any burrito or bowl, like lettuce or cheese or mild salsa. Otherwise I eat here regularly and enjoy it."
"I had a health episode at this Chipotle, in which I was feeling faint and dizzy. The manager offered to call 911 (I declined), then he made sure I sat down and recovered OK. When I was better, he took my burrito order, which he gave me for free. I was very impressed with this simple act of kindness and caring. I'll be back! :)"
"Good in person but everytime, literally everytime I order via door dash my order is missing a topping I’ve had so many issues door dash won’t do anything about it. This order was missing lettuce and fajita veggies as always Update 2/15 : missing fajita veggies, corn, lettuce and it was barely any meat just a bowl full of rice this is unbelievable. I think I’ve had enough I won’t even attempt ordering via the app anymore"
"The Chipotle chain consistently meets my standards. This location was very clean and the staff was courteous and timely, as well as very friendly. The food was made to order very quickly by very kind employees who seemed to be going out of their way to make each customer happy. I would definitely return to this location if in the area."
