"Not one to write reviews, but this place was interesting to say the least. Want to start off by saying, our food was good and it was a cool place - we enjoyed that. The service was quite honestly terrible. We stopped in just to grab an appetizer and a drink, sat at the bar for a while before ever approached. We ordered our drinks, I got my beer and about 15 minutes went by before we had to remind the bartender about the drink my girlfriend ordered. We asked for a food menu, and the waiting game began again. Once we finally got the chance to order, our appetizer came out quick (and was good) but never once did the bartender ask if everything came out okay or offer refills while we sat there for another 45 minutes. Was going to try and wave someone down to grab another beer, but nobody ever even looked our way. There were 4 people behind the bar, one was painting her nails, one was eating, and the other 2 were just sitting there chatting with regulars I’m assuming. I’m not one to complain, but 4 bartenders and 6 people total sitting at the bar? Us included and we have to go out of our way to get food/drinks? Worst service I’ve ever experienced, Jon Taffer may be needed."

"Staff was good, the atmosphere was cool. Had the feel of a chain restaurant. l Ordered an expensive burger, medium, that comes with an egg. Burger was well done but not over, the egg was overcooked with NO yolk. That's why you get an egg, the yolk. Wings were a good size and crispy. Beer menu was on a QR code."

"I ordered take out and my food was awful! I ordered the Tap House burger and it was dry as a bone over cooked (I asked for medium and not an ounce of pink was it it) and gross. I asked for cheese and that was nothing. Food was just thrown together and then placed in my bag upside down. Who does that? I understand sure I guess things happen but when you pay $30 for food that’s just average it’s not worth it. Then finally to top it all off some woman at the bar took out her phone and started filming! Without my consent put me on her Snapchat and acted as if I didn’t see her. For that I’m not even sure I’ll be back! I really liked this place before but now I’m not sold on it. Picture attached is how my burger looked arriving home. Really hope the manager does something about the woman as I’m most upset about that."

"The place has a cool vibe but I was left a little disappointed because they are serving frisches/ocharleys level food at longhorn/carrabas prices (in terms of chains). They are new so I’m hoping they learn from their reviews. The artichoke dip and Buffalo dip were good. The chips leave something to be desired. At 18.99 for fish and chips I was not happy with the two flat small pieces of fish and the chicken tenders were extremely thin, although they tasted good. At 14.99 they were overpriced as well. Their well drinks are $5 on happy hour which I also found a little overpriced. The fish and chicken did not seem house made. They seemed like something they purchased in large quantities. I was also disappointed the games were not free like 16 bit. No one’s going to be playing such a small section of games if they’re already paying for dinner and drinks unless their kids are begging. I’d be willing to give it another chance if they make some changes. Editing 11/01/2023 We stopped in recently to give this place another go, we were pleasantly surprised to say the quality of the food drastically improved. I got a Buffalo wrap, my partner and his mom got the smothered chicken (smaller than anticipated but good flavor). The Buffalo chicken dip was delicious as were the fries and onion rings. I had a mixed drink and that was also very good. I change my review from 3 stars to 4."

"Had to get my eyes dilated was hungry after so me and mom found this nearby. The service was great are waiter was so nice and helped me decide, while we waited i watched Supernatural on the TV and then tried to play pinball while half blind. Are food was so good i had a steak and fries they were so good."
