"Ate here for the first time. It was really tasty. Our waiter was great. He suggested items on the menu and took our order quickly. He also checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The food tasted really good as well. Had the Bier Cheese (not pictured) as a starter and it was very tasty as well! Would definitely recommend as a nice brunch spot!"

"I normally do not leave reviews for restaurants, but I simply had to after eating here with my boyfriend a few days ago! I was feeling down that day and it was a real bummer of a morning, too. It was raining terribly outside, but my boyfriend convinced me to let him take me out to brunch! Boy was it worth it. While our server was fantastic, the host (I believe her name was Julia?) was the embodiment of sunshine. I swear the clouds immediately disappeared as soon as she spoke. She was so kind to my boyfriend and I, was extremely friendly, and even cracked a few jokes! She definitely deserves a raise at minimum. Honestly, make her manager of the establishment!! Anyway, the food was superb (I love me some good old waffles), but the real treat was our experience with the kind host."

"Neat restaurant where waffles were the mainstay with every meal in a variety of ways! A lot of options and we enjoyed the meals. My main issue is that they bring the check on a computer pad and stand there watching as you complete the transaction and place your tip. Just an uncomfortable way for bills to be payed, and i personally am going to avoid places that do this!"

"This place has a surprisingly well-rounded menu of breakfast, brunch, and dinner dishes. I've kept my orders simple, but the breakfast plate and goetta hash were both very solid. Everything tasted good and was cooked well; bread/sausages/goetta were very tasty; potatoes could have used some more seasoning on one visit. I can definitely get behind those waffles, too. They're good enough to stand alone -- crispy edges, rich sweet and buttery inside, and very satisfying. Coffee drinks seem decent, too. I can't speak for the entire chain, but this location has very good food but mediocre service. Overall, a pleasant surprise for me."

"Visited based on a Food Channel recommendation. Came in for dinner with my daughter, we ordered Bier Cheese Pretzels to start and each had Chicken and Waffles. The food was okay, portion sizes were average but not worth the value of what you pay. The Bier Cheese Pretzels were more like boiled bagels and a cinnamon based schmear, no semblance of it being cheese. The pretzels were good though. The Waffles and Chicken, the Waffles were really good....best part of the meal.....and very dense with a good crisp and taste. The chicken was a fileted breast and breaded. It was dipped in a Texas Pete tasting hot sauce, overall good but found it better tasting with sauce on the side. Environment was fine, really quiet as it was fairly empty. Service was okay, server polite but failed at refilling my empty drink glass unless asked 3 times during the meal. I wouldn't come back based on my visit, the Waffles were good but it was expensive eating here for what you get. $55 for a pretzel app and 2 Chicken and Waffles with a tea and water was steep."
