"The service today was not good at all. I had to ask for basic service several times. The order was wrong and the waitress seemed confident about forgetting napkins, the biscuits that come with the gravy etc. Its good to hire young people, but train them well so your consumers can have the best experience."

"TERRIBLE service. We placed a delivery order through their website (not doordash) and it hadn't shown up over an hour after it was supposed to be delivered. The restaurant would not answer the phone and when they finally did the woman said "I honestly don't know how much longer it will be. I keep asking the kitchen for the food for your order and they are not giving it to me." No other explanation or resolution to the situation. I then had to follow up by calling guest relations days later to request the refund because the restaurant did not refund the order that we never received. We had also placed an advance order for a future party which we cancelled after finding out they can't be trusted to make and deliver the food as promised!"

"This review is for the Bob Evans by Kenwood because we came from the Bob Evans off Pfeiffer - lack of staff there prompted us to wait until someone left from one of the 6 tables being waited on by a solo waiter (even though there was other staff who could have pitched in). Anyway - comfort food was great, fried chicken was amazing, and the onion rings were divine. The waitress was super nice and patient and all the staff were generally friendly and kind. The only thing was that the restaurant was freezing (please turn down the AC - thanks). Otherwise - awesome."

"The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and engaging. We loved our waitress, Barbara and Nate (the great). They were super friendly and great at their jobs. It is all about customer service and they did AWESOME! The food was prompt, hot and delicious! Would HIGHLY recommend a stop here."
