"Went to 2 different Wendy's locations today. This score is for Newtown, OH. Kids meal fries and cheeseburger were barely warm. Same as my crispy chicken sandwich. My dog was eating the kids meal, so it didn't bother me that it wasn't hot. But I went back through the drive-thru and told the young man my chicken was barely warm and I was asked how long it had been since I received it. I told him I had just driven to the back of their lot to eat. I asked for it to be remade fresh. The 2nd sandwich was much better, nice and hot!"

"Great employees, but you only have about a 30% chance of the dining room being open. A little frustrating that the restaurant has gotten rid of just about every affordable option while reducing portion and quality and you can’t even order in person. Sadly another Covid casualty"

"I am a truck driver, and every time I come here for lunch, their dine in hours change ! One week, they open at 11am, 2 weeks later, it's noon. I can't get through the drive thru, and their door says open at 9am. It's so frustrating, I called in to complain, and they sent me to a manager who had no idea where this restaurant even is, hilarious! If the corporation can't get it right, why would a bunch of kids? You can do better!"

"Every time I stop at this Wendy's, I always have problems. Drive thru takes forever, customer service isn't great, etc. I dropped my car off next door a little after 11 to get an oil change and decided to walk over to Wendy's to get lunch. I get to the doors and they are all locked. I walk around and ask an employee and he said the employees all just showed up and they'd be open in a minute. I hung out for a little bit and the doors never opened, so I just gave up."
