"The food I received from this location today was HORRIBLE! I’ve given them several chances thinking that receiving cold, stale, and overall poor quality food would be a rare occasion but the consistency of being dissatisfied with my food says otherwise. Today, I was so dissatisfied with my food that I reached out to corporate. Most of my chicken was inedible and the piece I did try to eat had a mushy consistency inside, which didn’t feel safe to consume. I had to throw $20 worth of chicken in the trash. I will NOT be returning to this location."
"Sometimes I have an excellent experience other times I don’t. It’s pretty obvious who actually cares and who doesn’t at all. Today I ordered fries as my side and got mashed potatoes, without a spoon. Bothered by this because I absolutely love the fries and was looking forward to them and also because of the fact the store was fully staffed with 6 people at the window doing nothing smh."
"I visit this location a few times in a year, when I'm in the area. I always have been treated with respect and kindness or at very least a just a professional attitude. The food is very good here. Clean, well taken care of, at least from a diners point of view. Keep up the good work and I'll keep coming back."
"They mixed of both classic and spicy chicken in the same box. There’s only one tissue separated between them. The box was ripped as picture. So sad."
"Ordered online for immediate in-store pickup. Got there in 5 minutes and didn't see my food at the pick up area. Let 5 other people go in front of me since I figured I was just waiting for my order to be packed. There were 6 people employed in the store but only 2 people actually working. Took them 25 minutes to get those 5 customers out and I still didn't see my food. 1 of the 2 working employee was telling other customers "sorry for the delay. They are short staffed." Really? There's 6 people there and only 2 actually working. Finally spoke to 1 of the 2 working employee and was asked for my name. Was told that they didn't make online food unless they have the person there. Why? I ordered and paid online. You're afraid I'm not going to pick up my order that I paid for? So 30 minutes after I ordered my food in the app, they decided to make my order. I should have look at the review and gone to another Popeyes. The attached picture is other customers looking for someone to take their order."
