"I ordered. Salad and a Greek yogurt. And he salad only had the ends that are crunchy and no leafy greens (I personally don't like a salad filled with the bitter ends) the yogurt was definitely spoiled, I ate one bite and the taste hit me like a semi truck. My apple that came with the salad had very clear fingernail marks in it. Definitely not worth $18"

"For a place that calls itself "Panera," Spanish for "bread basket," the bread here really isn't very good. The piece of baguette I was served today was so dry and hard I could have used it to pound a nail into the table. When I asked for a replacement, I was told, "They're all like that," and was offered chips instead. My husband tried the chicken chipotle flatbread pizza (a new menu item since the last time we visited a Panera) and found it so distasteful that he left 3/4 of it on the plate. Too much sauce with too much artificial smoke flavor. And the apple he got was so mushy he refused to eat even the first bite. If the Creamy Tomato soup and Fuji Apple Chicken salad had not been good, I would have given this one star instead of two. I've eaten at Panera scores of times over the years in various locations, but I probably won't go back."

"First time for me to leave a bad review. Actually I don’t bother to leave a review but I think I have to. So people are aware. Worst experience I ever had eating out.I ordered a warm bowl Baja w/ chicken which wasn’t even warm. First thing I noticed was the brown rice, I gave myself a doubt that it was uncooked just by the look. I dug to look for the chicken and found out there’s none so I brought it back so they can fix it. I don’t usually do that because some people will mess your food up when you complain that they did it wrong so I waited and tried to watch while they slap some chicken on top of my same bowl. I started mixing them things to I can atleast enjoy my first meal of the day. Ended up not eating it, few bites cold bowl with uncooked rice. I picked them up and showed my husband that the rice was so hard inside out. They might not be trained or I guess like what the reviews say they don’t like their job. I should have read reviews first before asking my hubby to just eat brunch on this particular Panera. I guess it’s partly my fault. We had Panera from other locations most of the time especially at work for Lunch and Learns so I know the difference. It’s just sad that people don’t put effort on what they are doing. Cashier Nadia was not even that pleasant my husband added."
