"Fish Fry Friday…1/2 sandwich, coleslaw and tater tots…$18. Advertised as $14 for sandwich. They should have to revise because it’s 1/2 sandwich! The coleslaw is cabbage and mayo, ZERO flavor. The server asked if I wanted chips, fries or tots. Of course I opted for tots without the disclosure that it’s an additional $4.00. The atmosphere was ok, the server was very nice. The beer selection sucked! I ordered a mad tree tropical psychopathy and they brought out this. It tasted like flowers, not even close to tropical psychopathy. If that’s on madtree that’s a poor change! They advertised a fish sandwich, not 1/2 of a sandwich."

"Lunch with a View I opted to dine outside today to have a nice bite to eat and do some writing. The Gruff has caught my eye for some time and today was the day I finally tested it out. Seating was self select and the service was great. I had a slight delay getting my delicious Smoked Brisket pizza, but I barely noticed. The Green salad to start was excellent as well. This is a cozy spot for pizza (yet to try much else on the menu) and if you enjoy beer, they serve a variety of options as well. A great option to enjoy this place is to park at the Banks and stroll across the Roebling suspension bridge. Nothing like a beautiful walk back to the car as a nice digestive."
