"My friend and I stopped in after our dentist appointment; we live over an hour away, just south of Cincinnati. We were going for a special they don't have running any more, and the cashier informed us quietly of the current special. I don't remember his name, though he did seem busy, we got our food rather fast, and it was very hot & tasty."
"I ordered a McDonald's kids meal with fries, I also ordered spicy chicken sandwich, with medium fries, buy one get one for $1 a big Mac sandwich and 10 piece nugs. No salt med fries. After waiting for almost 20 minutes they finally brought to my car. I looked inside and my medium fries wasn't there. So they replaced it. I go home to find the happy meal had no buger on it. Just bread and sauce."
"First time here. Can't say I'm impressed. We ordered table service & was expected to go pick it up. No cup for the soda & so we had to ask for it. It's been over 5 minutes & we still didn't get a cup or my decaf. Fries are way too salty and getting cold while we wait for decaf and a cup. Fish sandwich has way too much mayo."
"I have been going here for years. Recently they had a change in staff and I guess it didn’t matter. In line at 6:00pm and didn’t leave until 6:31. I also was asked to park in a handicap because all the other reserved spots are taken from people waiting for their food. There were 7 cars pulled over waiting for their food. I should not be waiting for my food for 30 minutes and I also shouldn’t be asked to park in a handicap spot because they are moving slow. 7 CARS waiting… this will be my last visit at this location. Go anywhere else but here. Save yourself a headache and cold food because mine was cold after the long wait and they were rude. Ridiculous staff and location."
"As far as McDonald's go, it was pretty plain and uneventful. There was no "dinner and a show" in the lobby, nor was my order incorrect. There were traces of ketchup on the table, but similarly no piles of trash on any of them. It was about as pedestrian of a fast food experience as or could expect, and quite frankly, that's all I wanted out of the experience."
