"Food was as expected but the service was really slow and disorganized. But I'll give them a pass this time since this is the second day they are open. Unfortunately one of the items we ordered with beef swapped for beans came with both so we couldn't eat it. Second visit - took about 25 minutes but it was dinner time. They forgot a taco which was free from the app so not that big of a deal. Food was decent again though they are getting very skimpy with their crunch wrap fillings which look nothing like the picture in the app."

"Lady at register was nice but there fryer was broken, they could not make the nachos to go with my food. Offered me cinnamon twist instead. I asked if I could get beans and cheese instead since they are close to the same value. Cashier asked the manage/cook and was told straight no with no reason. Cinnamon twist are not close to the same value and I didn’t want them. New place and the manager already is horrible. Can’t start a new business with that kind of leadership. Your business was not able to provide and order they charged for. Why should the customer lose out??"

"Is this Taco Bell on Reading Road 45237 very rude Not helping any customers customer service sucks. The automated machines is no help workers in the restaurant look high like they don’t really want to be at work. I think Taco Bell needs to review the workers and staff they have this location!"

"I know they just opened but there’s many Taco Bell’s around it’s nothing new.. the workers rather have fun and talk than do their job. I order online, pulled in drive thru just to get told to pull up to mobile order spot sit there waiting I see on my app it says ready I sit for another 5 mins watching cars leave drive thru, workers inside sitting in the front/ outside in their cars talking and walking like nothing to do.. go thru the drive thru to get my order since it says pull to the window and no one came out with my food, my food was just sitting on the counter, just to pull down the street and noticed I got haft my order and had to pull around again. The girl manager not even apologetic or don’t even know what to say “pull around and I’ll bring it out”."
