Chipotle Mexican Grill

"This is hands down the best chipotle in the area. Always have everything in stock, everything is always fresh, the flavor is always perfect. The chicken is never dry either. I have an allergy and when I ask employees to change their gloves, they are happy to and are very accommodating and follow allergy protocol. I will go out of my way to come here because of them. Thank you!!!"

"Chipotle has usually been consistent besides one time in Indiana but for the most part it's pretty good. A good amount of portions on the bowl & burrito definitely double wrapped with the extra tortilla option. The hot salsa is always on point although not spicy for me. It is difficult to find parking if the back parking lot isn't crowded & you can't park on the side. Very busy & crowded area of traffic since it's near the hospital & rush hour traffic."

"The food is the most reminiscent of the Chipotle in its origin. Usually fresh, flavorful, and good portions. HOWEVER, the staff needs to improve in service. I had to ask the manager to not speak to me in a demeaning manner for something that her staff did not like inform me of. Wanting fresh fajitas and being willing to wait for them to get off the grill should not activate hostility from a manager, especially when the line crew told me I could wait. Then again, if Chipotle valued their workers more, perhaps they wouldn’t be so agitated with customers. The prices are going up and the quality of service is going down."

"I honestly don’t even know what to say. The absolute skimpiest most dry bowl I have had from any chipotle ever, not sure how they would even think this is ok to give someone. Ordered online and picked this up since I work at UC and don’t have time to be off the unit that long waiting in line… huge mistake. Unless you can be there to watch them make your food don’t even bother."

"I visited this location on March 7th at approximately 3:00 in the afternoon. I waited in line for over 30 minutes. When I got up to the front of the line I found ingredients all over the counter with lots of cross contamination happening and dishes stacked high. They only had 2 people working and they were running out of everything so my bowl was thrown together with limited ingredients. The presentation wasn’t great either as seen in the picture. I wouldn’t normally write a review but this is my second bad experience at this location. I used to come to this location all the time and they did a great job. I don’t know what was going on during my last few visits."
