"It was very refreshing to see a Restaurant from your childhood days was still around and served great quality food. My boys had never been to Jack in the Box and wanted to know what it was? I couldn't wait to tell them my favorites and try something new for myself"

"So we’ve stop here a few times over the past few years on our way through OH and, the past 2 times have been pretty bad. Very unfriendly and rude staff, cold food, & no matter what the time of day it is the doors are always locked. It’s a honestly ridiculous, because if something is wrong with your food, or they leave something out of your order you have to wait in line again to get anything fixed. Jack in the box is one of my favorite fast food places and I can only get it when we come through for my Dr. appointments because we’re coming from out of state. Please please listen to the reviews fix these issues so I don’t have to stop getting my favorite here."

"The gentleman at the register, I wish I would have gotten his name, is the nicest , friendliest person that's ever taken my order at a fast food restaurant. He definitely deserves a raise. The food was very good."

"Overall a good Jack in the Box experience. We had breakfast and the croissant and sausage sandwich was perfect and we were both super happy with it. The only let down was the hashbrown patties were burnt and covered with old frier grease to the point they were dripping brown grease all over. Still the sandwich and the fast and friendly service made up for the hashbrowns!"

"Slightly run down on the interior. All supplies like sauces, lids, etc. were empty. Employees were very friendly. The food looks nothing like the menu pics. Was decent flavor, but way overpriced! We paid $41 for 4 people with 2 drinks being water. Also, the stalls in the female restrooms have no trash cans for feminine products, so you have to throw away near sink!"
