"In town for a conference and ran across this restaurant. The atmosphere was good, played good music but not so loud so we were still able to hold a conversation! I ordered the serrano cheese poppers and the Cajun wings! Both were delicious!"

"Piss poor customer service. Molly (bartender) is the only thing great about this place. On a non crowded night, our sever was not attentive. Our drinks were served in dirty glasses, our ice has specks on it as well. Our group was here to celebrate a birthday and 50% of our tables food was cold. When our chicken wings were brought out for a second time, they had large feathers on them. The manager then asked “what do you want me to do about it. Sometimes we miss the feathers.” I sent my food back and we went on our way. They need to rethink management here. 0/10 experience!"

"The Americano Burger Wrap was really really good. They have a great happy hour (4-7pm), beer for $3 and some food specials. Bartender was awesome. Tuesdays they have live music (6-8pm), a wonderful singer and keyboardist duo. It's only a block from Fountain Square."

"Great burgers. Very clean restaurant and bathrooms. Cool place. Parking is not so friendly as it is in downtown Cincinnati and it's street or garage parking from a distance. I had the Elly De La Cruz Burger with the Yuka fries and it was awesome. The cheese curds were great also. I was very satisfied."
