"61 one years old and have never been treated like I was at this location. Worst experience of my life. Went in to get the order corrected from curbside pick up that was wrong. Got attitude from the lady as she tossed the bag at me and huffed as I walked away. Attitude from the bartender when I asked for the manager and she didn’t want to make the effort to find him. Then attitude from the manager when I called to tell him about my experience. I will never go to this location again. Worst service ever."
"Our server Michelle was so bubbly and amazing. We came for our anniversary and she recommended the best wine. Even took extra trips to make sure we were happy. I will absolutely ask for her the next time we come."

"I love P.F. Changs! My husband and I went on a date to your Westchester,OH location and our server Alyson was great! She informed me it's only her 2nd day but you couldn't tell by her amazing customer service and attention to detail. She recommended a great cocktail which was "The Midnight in Tokyo" and "The Short Rib fried rice"! Both were amazing. I definitely will be back again! She deserves a raise! Overall great ambiance and nice evening for my husband and I without our 2 children."
