"Love me some Taco Bell but this location didn’t have the best food or service honestly, at least when I went. The hard shells were soggy and the soft shells were stale. That new double beef and cheese burrito was delicious though"

"The manager there name lance is very disrespectful and very demanding he doesn’t know how to talk to the employees or the customers with the attitude he have that work place is not for him. The employees rather have fun and sing instead of giving out food they also tend to conversate more about outside things than the work place it’s self. The food is great but it’s doesn’t look good enough to eat the work of the job is half done."

"I eat here often. I like so called Mexican food. I usually eat the bean burrito. There are certain things on the menu here that no one should ever eat. It's about trial and error. I am not sure who taste test some of the food before it goes on the menu . But there ate some bad things here. Good luck"

"As I approached Taco Bell I noticed a man was sweeping the parking lot. His name was Mabley. I stopped and talked to him and asked him if I could take his picture and get his name because I was so appreciative of the fact that he was cleaning the parking lot and making it look so nice. Not only did it look nice but it was sanitary and clean which is very important to me as a customer of any restaurant. I thanked him for sweeping the parking lot and told him that I too swept the parking lots of properties that I manage. Every job is important. And the restaurant business, cleanliness is next to godliness. Neatness and cleanliness doesn't happen on its own. It takes hard, dedicated work sometimes in bad weather to make facilities look good and be good. Taco Bell is lucky to have an employee like Maybly. Their facility in Reading is very clean, easy to get to, easy to get in and out and serves delicious food. Do yourself a favor and visit the Taco Bell in Reading Ohio on Reading road Mabley will make sure it's clean and everyone else will make sure that you're satisfied with your food and the service."

"They had to ask me 3 times if my tacos were supreme and then they got it wrong so I went inside. They asked me another 7 times if my tocos were supreme. What I had to order, by the time I got them(15mins) the rest of my food was cold. It was a waste of money. Won't be coming to this location again."
