"We went thru the drive thru and sat at the order menu for 10 min before anyone greeted us. I was about to pull forward and ask was the speaker broke."

"Went to this location after work ordered 16$ worth of food and found a hair in my loaded fries when I got home. This is completely unacceptable and nasty."

Its my fault, i should have held the line up to tripple check my order, sign of the times i suppose."

"This may be the busiest Castle in the area, but they do a great job getting you in an out quickly. My food has always been excellent and the people at the counter always friendly and efficient. A good place to get a meal."

"First off I appreciate them being open in the 4th of July. The staff was extremely nice. I order a pretty nice size order and they got it together with smiles on their face. Working 3rd and being able to see friendly faces so early in the morning was a thrill."
