"This was my first time trying Gold Star and I’m not gonna lie…it was pretty good. I got the garlic parmesan fries with their chili sauce added and a coney dog. The fries…BUSSIN’(delicious)!! The coney was okay, even tho it was a pork hot dog. I will visit again + get the fries for sure!!"

"Drive through was relatively slow, only two cars in line still took about 15 minutes to get through completely. The food tasted great as usual, but the service from the cashier who took my order was pretty bland and made it seem like she wished she was anywhere else."

"I drove over 20 min to the Mitchell location because I wanted Gold Star so badly. I got 3 chili cheese sandwiches. I got home and opened the box, I had 3 buns, cheese and not even enough meat so spread across the bottoms of the buns. I called and was told if I wasn’t willing to drive back AND provide a receipt then there was nothing they could do. I told them I didn’t get a receipt and the girl on the phone kept giving me the same response. I asked for a number to corporate, she said I would need to look it up. I asked why she couldn’t give it to me and she said because she didn’t know it. I asked her to ask her manager she said “he doesn’t know it either”. I asked for the name and number of the GM, she said the weren’t allowed to give that information out. I googled the number to corporate and left a message. I’ve still heard nothing back. They’re much too expensive to offer poor service."
