McDonald's 413 Martin Luther King Drive East, Cincinnati, OH 45229

"We had a coupon that they was having issues with so after several minutes they told us to put around to the window. We then saw a mgr walk across the drive thru with his headset on and go to the dumpster. Meanwhile, the girls at the window had no idea what to do as they couldn't find either manger. He never came back the whole time we was there and they told us that we may need to talk to him in order for him to get the coupon to work. My review is about how both managers took the coward way out and through thier crew under the bus as they both hid. If they can't fix a coupon they sure ain't going to be able to handle any big problems. It's sad that they left thier employees in that position and resulted in thier drive thru times going up. I use to be a AGM at a restaurant and I never left my employees like that. There was a young girl that told them they would go ahead and honor the coupon and fix it later at which they did. I don't know what position she holds, but she knows more about what to do and how to handle the situation then the mgrs that hid does. She should be recognized for the good job she did!"

"Upon entering the drive thru line I immediately thought this was going to be a long wait. But to my surprise I got through the line in under 5 minutes which is great in today's fast food atmosphere. The fries were hot and fish was fresh. I couldn't have asked for a better experience."

"This was by far the worst location to even call McDonald's. 5 star for the young man at the register, however his manager got to go! I don't understand why it was such a big deal to charge me for the container of extra sauce i requested. As i already request for the sauce to come on the side anyway. We also explained that we didn't mind to pay for the "Extra sauce". Every McDonald's we've ever been to has no problem doing this besides this location. So Instead of simply figuring out a solution she immediately dismissed the request. When telling her other locations do it, and have no problems, along with how much they usually charge but if she wanted to charge more she could, she responded with I'm not every location. My partner stated we wouldn't be coming back because this the second time we had an issue on the EXTRA SAUCE situation and with the same individual but figured we give them another shot. SHE SMILE AND GAVE A THUMBS UP!!!! So unprofessional!!!!!!!"

"I went to mcdonald’s and had a lengthy order, the lady taking the order made us wait over 30 minutes to take our order and kept letting people go in front of us. I told her that we’d pull up to the window to take our order because she kept adding stuff we didn’t ask for to our order. She still couldn’t understand our order and was slurring her words when we were trying to tell her our order and kept making weird hand gestures and couldn’t keep her eyes open, so we asked for someone else to take our order. the woman who was trying to take our order accused us of laughing at the girl who was trying to take out order at the window. (which never happened) we were just trying to place an order. she said the gm was on the way and she wasn’t going to take the order but told us their gm’s number was 911 when we asked. completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I really do think the first girl was on some type of medication or drugs because of her mannerisms, her attention span, and slurred words."

"Closest McDonald’s to the zoo. Super busy but service is like you have never had it any other McDonald’s. They make sure the order it right, very patient. and then delivery it exactly how you like it. Wish I knew the name of the drive thru lady so I could give her kudos."
