"Taco Supreme on a hard shell was a typical tasting taco bell product. The place was not busy at 8 pm on a Sunday and I went through the drive thru. The guy operating the window was very pleasant and courteous. The food was promptly delivered. Good experience overall."

"Customer service here is VERY VERY bad. Stay away, please!! Employees there are extremely rude and disrespectful toward customers. Ordered a dine-in meal and just trying to ask for a cup of water from the counter. Eventually, got yelled at very loudly in front of the public and laughed at by other employees in the kitchen. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE! Tried to call the customer service line to report this. No one picked up. This is messed up from the top to lowest level of the system."

"Went inside to order. The lady who took my order was a bit hateful, sounded like she was rude while taking drive thru orders too. The food was fresh and well put together. I feel like if a person doesn't like their job then they shouldn't be working there. If the employee is having a bad day taking it out on customers, a customer could be having a bad day to and could make a situation worse. Please don't take your personal problems out on others you never know if your attitude may push a customer to snap and things could go to far."

"Whoever the young woman is working your window right now needs to not EVER work in customer service. Light skin, curly hair, hazel eyes. My husband order 2 number 7’s. Had to repeat the order 3 times. When we pulled around, she already clearly had an attitude. She handed him one drink and he politely said, there should be a second meal. She snapped at him, “I only heard one!” He said, “No, I ordered 2.” She again snaps at him and says, “You’ll have to pull around and get back in line if you want to order more food!” I then stated, “Um, no. He told you 3 times that we wanted two meals” She then yells at me, “I only heard one! I do not take food orders at the window! You can pull around!” So, we pull around and have to reorder what we already ordered. She very clearly still has attitude and is making sure to keep eye contact. Once we were handed our food, I told her, “You need to check your attitude!” As we were pulling away she yelled, “Oh Okay!”"

"The worst service ever. Waited forever and they told us they had no sauces for the food. Get home and they made regular tacos instead of supreme. It was impressive that you can make a regular taco as crappie as they did. Show some respect for your job people. Plus, I one time and the last time I’ll ever stop there, they said they didn’t have napkins. I just have to laugh and never stop again."
