"Probably the slowest white castles ever. Ordered a crave Case and had to wait 30 minutes. I was even the only one in the line when I ordered but it still took 30 minutes. I always regret coming to this white castle so I will just stop going all together. Employees are incompetent and the food wasn't even hot to be taking that long. NEVER AGAIN."

"Okay, it's White Castle, we all know it's great drunken munchies. This store holds true to the brand standard. What sets it apart is the lady we spoke with tonight. Uber had fumbled an order through them and due to Ubers mistake we could've been out our order. They went out of their way to hold our order while we figured out our problem. It doesn't stop there, they also contacted me when the new Uber driver was unsure about the instructions. The team went above and beyond, calling us to verify pick up of the order. If that didn't happen we would've been out the order placed originally. Big thank you to the team for making it happen, wish I could rate much higher. Thank you!!!"

"Was in a rush and stopped in for a quick meal. Took over 25 min to get a number 1. The employees were playing.on their phones and joking with one another and didn't pay much attention to the customers that came in. I will never return. Wish I would have left this day. Took so long to get cold food. Smh!!!"

"White Castle is an interesting flex for sure. They have these mini slider-like burgers which I wouldn’t necessarily put them on the comparison towards a big, fat, meaty burger but a different style of takeout, in my opinion. They also had a Beyond Meat option which was super cool!"
