"I think the person that prepared my food was dyslexic. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich NO MAYO, yet it had mayo all over it. Not to mention the chicken was raw and tough. I also ordered a hamburger with NO KETCHUP and it had ketchup all over it. I honestly don't understand how hard it is to make a sandwich without putting mayo and ketchup all over it."

"I went to Wendy's yesterday and ordered something simple. My husband didn't check the food before we pulled off. So I grab the bags after I pulled off to eat my food and the gave me a half of order of chicken nuggets. I'm just wondering if the employees can count? How do you miss count nuggets"

"This the last time I will go to this Wendy's absolutely horrible! I got a medium fry with half of the box empty. I paid for a Medium not small! I've had sandwiches with way too much condiments on it slopped together! They're rude at the drive thru. I would give this establishment 0 Stars if I could"

"Not safe to be using these doors, one on the outside is also broken in. No signage preventing people from using them. There's glass all over the floor, not safe for small children."

"Wendy’s is to expensive to have ppl pull up to the window. When you get to the window you’re not greeted with a smile (granted it’s late so I completely understand) however, they literally sitting around on the their phones and completely out of uniform not making a single order. The vibe is just all off no bed side matters at all. I stayed in the line for almost 30 minutes and yup you guessed it. My food is cold and my large meal is not giving large. So yeah, I want be back."
