"Waited more than 20 minutes for food and it wasn’t busy at all. I was also ignored many times and blown off by 2 employees while trying to ask a small question. I’ve never been so disappointed and everything with a Chick-fil-A location."

"We were excited to try the new Chickfila in our area. It's very impersonal compared to the others, in terms of atmosphere. No music playing in the dining area. We came here because my 4 year old wanted to have her family birthday dinner here and it just felt off, distant, and detached. We still had a great time. Food came out hot and fresh! However, the service and ambiance doesn't compare to a typical Chickfila location. Where other locations are bringing their play areas back, this one doesnt have one at all. Although we said we were dining in, our food/drinks were brought out in bags and a to-go carrier. Trays were not available. It felt more like a truck stop location. They were forward thinking when it came to construction and won't have to update any time soon. I can see where ordering from a computer could replace workers in the future at this location, making the feeling of eating here even more distant. We will continue to dine-in at a different location and come here when we are in a hurry."

"I ordered through the drive through. I was asked to wait in a parking spot and my food will be brought to me. I waited over 20 minutes. Several othe customers were served. I only ordered a #1 and a 4 count strip. When I asked the manager they had lost my order...... These people are in over their head... Poor training...."

"Got the chicken nuggets… the breading doesn’t take the same as the typical “chick fil a” breading….. they don’t even look like Chick Fil A nuggets"
