"My white castle sliders were dry and bun kind of crunchy edges, would have been great if employees on nightshift care about what they serve...if you would not eat it, why serve it? The cashier seemed confused and not focused. I was told that they remodeled inside, I used drive thru so everything 2 stars, the restaurant gets 4 for upgrading."

"I ordered from this location at 4am. I had to call the store to ask a question about my DoorDash order and the woman who answered the phone was so sweet and helpful. I was surprised to get such good customer service at that hour. Even though our dasher took a long time to deliver to us, the food was still hot and fresh. For a large order in the middle of the night, I was shocked the quality was so good. They even separated the sliders by beef and chicken, which made it much easier to distribute to everyone in the group. Thanks team!"

"Years ago, when my wife and I were just dating, we would stop by this place before I dropped her off and share a black coffee and vanilla shake by mixing the two together. I was hoping to do that for this recent Valentine's Day. But, I had forgotten that White Castle transforms for Valentine's Day! The crew made the entire experience very special, not just for us, but for other couples that were there."

"Decided to visit this White Castle while having truck issues while traveling for work and stuck near by , Disappointed that their advertising didn’t match what the employees said they could offer. Ordered a number 7, which is a shareable meal 10 sliders 2 fries and 2 drinks . I asked after seeing I could add lettuce and or tomato to ANY slider ,I indeed wanted to do so but was declined to do so! Told it couldn’t be added to that meal ?! Spent $20 on lunch and left disappointed and unsatisfied . Best thing about todays visit was the cold sprite !"
