"Ordered just 2 items, paid extra on one, still wasnt correct. And the taco I got, you can tell from the pics was stingy as ever, no cheese, very little everything else just thrown in. tried calling the store to correct, but no one answered after over 8 tries over a span of 3-4 hours. usually an issue here, was hoping for better. hoping they fix tomorrow, if not, seems corporate doesnt care about this location much either, so fingers crossed sadly."

"Absolutely deplorable experience. 1st of all the the wait was waàaay too long. I was asked to pull away fromthe drive thru line, I guess so they could prepare my order. I returned to drive thru widows after waiting 15min literal min past orig drive through wait time and seeing people inside return back and forth to the counter. There appeared to be approx.5 employees standing around clueless as to how to make simple taco bell fare. Order was incomplete and inedible. Absolute incompetence. They simply should have been CLOSED for training or lack of appropriate staff. I recommend you stay far away from this establishment. Not sure how it operates in the day time but, I stopped by after getting hair done. About 9pm, not very late by hours of 2am posted on the door. I will only be returning for a refund"

"This is, hands down, the worst taco bell location I've ever been to. Even if you're the only person in the drive thru, you'll sit for ten minutes before anyone takes your order or even acknowledges you exist. There's a good chance the menu board isn't working, so I hope you have the menu memorized. After that it's 50/50 odds they'll be willing to take your order. If they aren't, you won't be told why. If you manage to order you probably won't be given a total. The person at the window probably won't interrupt their conversation and actually speak to you, they'll just stick their hand out the window for you to pay your mystery total. If you make it through all of that, your bag will be missing a minimum of one item. If you think I'm exaggerating, I assure you that some combination of these events has happened every time I've stopped here."

"I understand working fast food sucks. Still, every time I've gone here they get my order wrong or forget something in my order. You can also barley hear the person over the intercom at the drive through. They also are out of a lot of items whenever I visit too. Will not be returning. I wish everyone who has to work there the best bc I'm sure it sucks just as much to work there as it does to order there."

"Ordered off the kiosk inside thinking it would be easier because we make a lot of substitutions to make items vegan friendly. Not only did we wait for 55 minutes for our order to be given to us, almost everything was wrong and had everything incorrect and didn't even complete our order. I'm not sure what the best way to order here is but it's clearly not by the touchscreens inside."
