"I’d literally give negative stars if I could. We ordered via the website and DoorDash delivered the wrong order so I drove up to the Taco Bell, wrong order in hand and asked if I could get what I paid for. I was met with attitude from the manager and told they “already made that order” okay well I didn’t get it? It’s right in front of you, check for yourself. Then the manager yelled to make the order without acknowledging me at all and threw her keys on the counter, obviously frustrated she had a job to do I guess. When my food was done it was tossed on the counter without a word. I’m a small business owner and I never leave reviews because I know what it can do. However, this experience was trash. Do better. If you hate your job get another one."

"This is the closest tacobell to my fiancé and I’s job, and every time we have gone to pick up a mobile order during our lunch break they have been so nice and quick throughout the whole process. On top of their friendliness, the food is prepared so much better at this location than others as well, it’s always hot, packaged really well and they NEVER forget the napkins/utensils. It’s the best Tacobell I’ve ever been to"

"My husband put in a mobile order around 7pm. Cars were wrapped around the building so I went inside. Told staff what I was there for and manager asked what name. After I told him, he stated a different name and I told him that it wasn't that order (door dash, apparently). They didn't give me an indication that they didn't see my order or try to follow up with finding out, instead making me stand there as they completed every order in the drive thru that was ahead of me PLUS some. They even did the Door Dash order that came in AFTER me! I asked again about my order, as now I'm so angry that tears are filling my eyes, and he states there isn't one! He, one could have told me this 20 min ago - so as I go storming out, he calls me back inside to tell me it's there. He states that I should've gone through the drive thru to tell them about a mobile. I asked, "so you can't come inside to ask for a mobile order?". He said, yes, but the registers are down. So I asked, then how did you find it this time - he asked the drive thru lady! Why couldn't he do that 20min ago?! He then states, we were going to stop mobile orders because we're slammed - which I retorted with, "It was placed a half hour ago." I received a few, I'm sorry ma'am and was handed my order. One, they needed more help on the weekends, and two, better customer service!"

"$12 for a chicken chalupa meal and the chalupa shells were so stale I couldn’t even chew them. Of course I’m not gonna go back and complain because that’s how you get food spit into. I love the chalupas when they are fresh but this location doesn’t seem to care what they give their customers. Y’all are about to lose a ton of business when that Chipotle opens up across the street."
