Chipotle Mexican Grill 5201 Delhi Road, Cincinnati, OH 45238

"I just picked up 2 burrito bowls and one was missing 2 ingredients and the other was missing 3. So basically you get what they give you, so cross your fingers and hope they're paying attention when they make your order. Spent $18 on dinner and neither my son or I got what we ordered. Oh, but they did give me 2 free fountain drinks for the screw up. They mess up the food but give you a couple fountain drinks. I have never even ordered a fountain drink. The part that really kills me is the "tip the crew" section when you're placing the order. I always thought you tipped someone for giving you good service but nowadays they are asking for a tip up front. I worked in restaurants for 7 years after high school and man have things changed. Customer service sucks at most places."

"This place sucks! We give it a try every few months and it never improves. Tonight I go for a pickup order, and the staff just stares at me as they slowly shuffle around looking miserable. I’ve worked at restaurants, and I didn’t have a nasty attitude. It’s no one’s fault that you’re working at chipotle. They are so incredibly scarce with their ingredients and my bowl is never right. I PAID for double protein, for two bowls, and I still had to hunt around for the chicken. I asked for extra cheese, there were literally 5 strands on the top. I asked for mild salsa, there was none, but my bowl was so spicy it was almost inedible, so it had something on it, and I just got chicken so idk why it was so spicy. I shouldn’t have to take my food apart in the restaurant and complain during a pickup order. How hard is it to make a dang burrito bowl how someone asks? There was NO ONE there, it’s not like it was busy."

"Absolutely unacceptable to run out of a grocery list of things at 8:20pm when you close at 11pm. No guac, steak, corn, sofritas, brown rice. Was no one able to prepare these items? Are you actually completely out? I hope corporate sees this review and fixes this issue. So stupid."

"I love Chipotle’s food and the accessibility of it through their speed of service, but the Delhi location has a lot of work to do to be on par with other locations. The dining area is generally unclean with sticky tables and a poorly stocked service area. The staff is generally unfriendly which I am not going to murder them over as it is a quick paced counter service restaurant. Not like they work for tips so it is what it is. But the main issue I have with Delhi is this location is out of key things on their menu at least every other time I try and eat here. Steak and/or fajitas are not available far too often at this location for some reason, and that is my go-to craving. Sorry that they start bowls only to get down the line and be told they are out of steak and out of fajitas. When that happens, I am out the door and not going to purchase what I came to order in the first place. This seems to be the only location in which this is a constant issue. I don’t think I can give them another chance because it is a waste of my time and a waste of their product when they start a bowl but can’t complete what I am attempting to order. Cut some onions and peppers for God’s sake and grill up some steak or take it off the menu if it is such an issue in forecasting your demand for these menu items."

"This location is always out of some thing. And while most of the crew is friendly, there’s always a few that don’t want to work and move extremely slow. I will gladly choose another location over this one."
