"This is the worst Wendy’s ever!! Ordered 2 singles with everything. They had no tomato, onion, or cheese! Each single had 1 piece of very small lettuce and 1 pickle. The burger patty was small and crisp! A drop of ketchup and a drop of mayo were in the middle of the burger. Got a large fry and a chicken wrap. $21!!!! The burgers were inedible! Never go to this Wendy’s, it’s awful."
"Worst Wendy's in all of Cincinnati! Ordered online and specifically chose to pick up at the drive thru in the app. I get to the store and they tell me I have to come in to get my food! They say they can't give me my food at the window unless the dining room is closed. Whoever manages this location and thought this would be a good idea is a moron. BUYER BEWARE!!!!"
"Was in the drive thru it took 20 min no order, went inside even longer wait. The wait time was almost an hour as they had help. The cashier was extremely nice and polite besides him the atmosphere was not welcoming and dry."
"Longest I've ever waited for fast food. Was in the drive through waiting for our food for at least 20 minutes. When it came, the order was wrong. Took one of the sandwiches inside to have it fixed (all that needed added was cheese and bacon). Took another 5 minutes just to do that."
