"Went and ordered 3 burritos and waited probably about 10 minutes to get it and I was on my lunch break so I didn't even look in the bag just grabbed it and ran out the door get back to where I was going and they must have gave me someone else's order because nothing in the bag was mine but I was on my lunch break so I didn't have time to fix the problem just ended up eating what they had gave me wouldn't complain like this but it sucks that we seem to be dealing with stuff like this on a day to day basis food has got to expensive to have to deal with this every time you go for lunch"

"After many years of horrific service, this location has completely turned around to be my favorite Taco Bell for a few years now. The staff is now always friendly and the kitchen makes everything perfect. I remember a long time ago, the DM stopped me at the drive through and asked what I thought about the location. I told her I usually drive 5 miles further to avoid this store. But over the past 4 or so years this location has been unquestionably the best!"

"Love this taco bell when I go to the drive thru. Ordered from the app and entirely disappointed. Missing quesidilla and nacho fries bc we Ordered from them. The bag was closed when it got to us. Restaurant messed up and now I'm out a full meal tn with no resolve as they need to contact the store. What a joke. Never again!!! Oh and the nacho fries I received were only half full."

"I placed my order online and picked up. I had one customization--I asked for no beans in a burrito that I ordered. Of course, when I got home with my food there were beans in there! They weren't busy or anything. It's not exclusive to this location or to Taco Bell, but the workers need to pay attention to orders."
