"This place use to be the place to eat at. Not anymore. Waitress never came back to ask us how our food was, mine was cold. Never came back to ask if we wanted refills. I asked for another napkin because when they sat us down the booth seats and table was soaking wet so I used the napkin to wipe it off never came back with a napkin. Never came back once. People that was adjacent from us was already seated and had their drinks prior to us sitting down. We got our food before they did and FINISHED our food and got up and paid before they even got their food and people next to us same thing. We use to come to this restaurant frequently but lately we stopped."

"Staff was very kind even though they were getting a lot of angry customers because they only had one waitress. We were a table of 10 and our food came out quickly and correctly. Our waitress was great."

"Best service I've had in a long time! Our waitress was a sweetheart I can not remember her name for the life of me, but she had her nose pierced , she was quick to refill without us even asking, and was just friendly which you don't get much anymore, so thanks Bob evens , kudos!"

"**If I could give negative stars I would** This is the last time I will come to this location. They were short staffed and it felt like it. It took forever for our drinks to come to the table. We probably sat almost 15-20 min before getting the drinks (we had to ask for). The waitress barely came and checked on us to see if we wanted it needed anything. She finally said we are short staffed after 25 min of us waiting (still no food). She never asked to refill our drinks, we had to ask another server. The food finally came and my omelet looked horrible so I asked her to take it back. She looked at me like I was wrong to not want it. The manager came over but never acknowledge herself as the manager. Until we asked to speak to a manager and then she came back as a manger. Last issue is when my daughter and niece (age 8) needed to go to the bathroom, a young man was in the bathroom cleaning. There was no sign or anything that times us he was in there. If I had let them go by themselves it would have been a bigger issue. So after talking with manger she gave us 20% off our order. It should have been more. You saved me $5 and I still didn't eat. I like Bob's but this location needs a redo with how to service the clients. This was a horrible experience but I won't hold it against all locations just this one. Think 2-3 times before coming here.... We weren't the only ones complaining about how long it took just to get a drink. NOT coming back to this location ever."

"We had a nice young server however it must have been his first day on the job he was completely lost and did not receive any help from management. We were in there an hour and a half on Sunday night. There was four of us it took an hour to get the first plate of food. After that it was 15 to 20 minutes before the other three orders came. There were only two other customers in the restaurant. The food was cold and we needed to ask for our bill that was another 10 minute wait. I used to love Bob Evans but I don't think we will go back again. Very disappointed in our overall experience. It's sad to see such a wonderful establishment like Bob Evans sink to these lows."
