"I ordered $40 worth of food waited a hour with 1 other person in line. Food was cold. quesadilla wasn’t even cut. missing half my order when I got home. This place is ridiculous. And food was nasty to.was like eating straight tortilla."

"Whoever the crew was on 2/7/24 at 8PM you guys did an amazing job! Everything was portioned perfectly. It was hot. I didn’t get skimped on anything. It tasted good. I didn’t open my taco and have to sigh in defeat because lack of beef or cheese like I normally do. The young lady at the register was polite and cheerful. You guys are the A crew for sure. Keep it up."

"Whoever the three older ladies were working at this location on 12/22 around 12pm are TERRIBLE. Terrible customer service. I stood there for 15-20 minutes before I HAD to get someone's attention. The old short lady with smudged blue eyeshadow ignored me when I finally did say “excuse me”, and then when she told the other two ladies that I needed assistance, the older lady wearing the camo Bengals face mask ignored me. When I asked if an order had come in, the taller lady with the dark hair was extremely rude and said with attitude “NO if it's not up there (mobile order section) then we don't have it” Multiple people walked out and drove off. I regret not getting their names because there is no way they are beneficial to this company. Quick tip, if your job causes you to wake up being a pos to random people then maybe you shouldn't work there."

"Horrible, they have a staff with a very bad attitud they messed up our order and when we complained they went up to the window and yelled at us, my daughter is allergic to tomatoes so we asked for no tomatoes. But instead they put extra in the tacos as if it was on porpouse. The order was incomplete as well. And it took so long for them just to get us some sauce. This isn't the first time either every single time we go they always do something similar, The lady who works at the window is always extremely rude and blame us for messing up our order."
