"I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THE LAWRENCEBURG DOMINO'S, AS I MYSELF WILL NOT GO THERE EVER AGAIN!! I had the most horrible experience that any consumer should ever have. I wasn't having luck with the Domino's website loading correctly/ quickly (data towers, IYKYK). I was in front of the restaurant and decided to go in. The guy that was at the counter asked if I was picking up an order, and I "tried" to explain I wanted to place an order but couldn't find the deal I wanted online. He quite rudely said he wasn't able to help me with anything I was doing online. I said I just had a question if he could help by answering it, to which he responded okay. I said, I'm trying to order the "2 or more for $6.99" but can't seem to find it pointing to my phone. With raised voice he said, he was not able to help me with anything online and that includes looking at the phone (that showed the website). I said I wanted to place an order inside but can't find the offer I was asking about, and that's why I was looking online. He told me he could give me the 6.99 item price if I have the coupon code, but he can't help me. He left to the back of the store where he rudely left me standing, and didn't even try to take my order. WHAT A "GREAT EMPLOYEE" YOU HAVE REPRESENTING YOUR LAWRENCEBURG STORE. ZERO STARS GIVEN!!"

"A few issues here. I earned an "emergency" pizza and in order to cash in on that I had to download the app. I get it as that's the way of the world now, but I don't like having to do that. Anyway, I'm not able to use the offer because when I switched over to my email to get the sent code then I switched back to Domino's, everything that I had tapped in already was erased and I had to start over again... Which meant going back to my email to get the code. That all means I don't really get "rewarded" for being a repeat customer. Anyway, I expected to wait for at least 20 minutes because they were busy. I got my pizza in about 10 minutes. Odd, but fine. I took it home, opened the box and see an over cooked pizza that was not very hot. I like Domino's and this experience was disappointing."

"I ordered several items including a pizza, cheese dip, and a hoagie. The pizza was cold and missing sausage and peppers. The hoagie was cold and dried out and the dip was burned to the bottom of the pan. It is the worst experience I've ever had it dominos."
