"Both times we ordered dinner here we all were sick. I let the staff member know that the chicken was still pink and it was not the quality you all usually provide and she argued with me. We spend $40-$50 every time we dine here, expecting the quality for the price is getting disappointing. There's really no other chicken place here so I'm hoping that they will get it together eventually."

"My family and I came here for lunch on New Year’s Day 2024. My daughter ordered Coleslaw and she ate almost all of it and she pulled out a legit dime out of her coleslaw! Like what the heck!!! Do not get the coleslaw ever from here!!! Management did refund us for the coleslaw but that’s it! How do I know nothing else is contaminated here!!! NEVER COMING BACK HWRE AGAIN!!!!"

"My experience was just like others Lora Morgan was almost exactly what I experienced. No chicken left. I ordered 5 breasts. I said I would wait. I was told 1 hour 45 min wait!! I wonder in Bagshaw still owns this place?"

"Went through the drive through ask if they could give me a minute anddan the guy named David said not really and I was like I'm trying to figure out what everyone wants and he starts naming things I said just give me a minute and he didn't hear me so I got a little louder so he could here me and then he refuses to take my order so I pulled around to the window and try to explain what was going on and he walks up and said my staff will not be talking to u so I ask for his store number and corporate number refuses.the last time I went in there the same guy supposed general manager was cussing saying he hated his job and he was going to walk out right on front line. Coming from someone that has been a general manager in fast food this guy's got to go or this location will never get better and if that's how he talk to paying customers I'd hate to work for him js."
