"We made a catering order Tuesday for rice enough for 50, for pick up Wednesday at 6:30 pm. When we got there, no rice. Failed communication. The staff really turned the situation around!! They were nice and helpful, we really appreciate it."

"A once great company , is now just like everywhere els , pay more and get less . I would say their drive through is the worst thing they have ever offered , it’s just a good way for them to cut your entree in half because they know your not watching to make sure you don’t get ripped off after paying 13$ . Every time I get food ant any of their locations but especially this one , and I can’t physically watch them make my food , they give me almost nothing . Cheapest ingredients on the planet and they still do everything they can to rip you off ."

"The portions are absolutely garbage in Their drive thru lane. I gave this store multiple chances but too many missing items, small portions ect. Its 2.4 stars for a reason folks. I seriously hope this store is closes for good. Does my picture look like extra rice and corn? And do you even see the carne asada? Truly pathetic. Im not expecting my bowl to be stuffed but my God what a waste of a store. I will celebrate when this store closes for good."

"Absolutely terrible store. Every visit, they're out of one thing or another. Tonight was the worst. They were out 9f chicken. Last few pieces they put in my son's order literally 3 pieces per taco. I ended up adding steak because the chicken wasn't going to be ready for another 10-15 minutes. They were out of habanero hot sauce and forks. Asked for the receipt so I can report my experience to Chipotle, the printer was out of ink. It's a shame this location is ruining the franchise name. They should be shut down."

"I normally do not complain about restaurants but this chipotle just crossed the line. My wife food looks like is been drown in beans juices. It had so much liquid that went through the bag and stained my sofa. You can see the pictures. My food looked like they prepared a cake and not a food bowl like I asked. It had so much sour cream that it nulls any other flavor of the ingredients. I would not come back definitely"
