"Not sure what happen to this company but your competitors are far head of Chipotle in every way. I have stop going to Chipotle for years now gave this one a shot and was very disappointed. The corn sala they use must come out of a bag frozen or they store the prepared ones in the freezer. My corn salsa was in the thawing state and made the meal uneditable. I was given a refund thankfully but I will never eat at this company ever again."
"I will no longer buy Chipotle and I used to get it upwards of three times a week. I cannot order chips in-store, they hold them for online orders. I cannot order a cheese quesadilla, but I can order it online and they will make it. Staff was unprepared for opening and was missing multiple ingredients. Chipotle caters to online orders but does not care about in person orders. They need to remove their in-store seating and strictly have online orders if this is their service. I will pack my meals."
"I stopped eating here a year ago because my online order was always wrong and extremely late. Plus, the front of house was always dirty and that gave me no hope for the kitchen. Fast forward to tonight: I'm in the area and hungry. Surely after a year there's new staff and it must have changed. WRONG! Despite being deserted, the dining area was filthy and and they never bothered to put any of the orders in the pickup box. The orders were just strewn around the kitchen. Despite the order literally being printed on the container, it was terribly inaccurate. What I ordered: bowl with light rice, black beans, chicken, mild tomato salsa, corn salsa, lettuce. What I got: double rice, no beans, what may have been chicken or steak, +/-10 cubes of tomato (no evidence it was salsa), corn, lettuce, possible food born illness. Save yourself. Taco Bell is just around the corner."
"Charhed 10.25 for a salad and put almost no lettuce in it. This is how it came after putting the dressing on. The bowl looks empty from the side. Again this is a 10.25 salad. Pathetic."
"Food was on par for Chipotle but the restaurant was a complete trash heap. Every table was filthy dirty and trash was overflowing. I had to ask for forks and the drink station was a mess. Wife went to the restroom and there was no toilet paper. All in all I would avoid this location and find another Chipotle"
