"Visited on Jan 28th...my order was completely wrong. I called the store several times and the phone just rang... I sent an email to the guest relations per the app... after 2 attempts to the email...still no response. Won't be going back unless I get a response."

"In side was closed and wasn't able to avoid the 25 minute wait at the drive thru. No post on the door with explanation. I get out of my car in the cold rain as many people did as I sat in drive thru waiting to order. Common Courtesy to your customers would have been to put a note on the door. Maybe even updating your website. I completely understand being short staff Can be overwhelming. I can be patient. I can wait. 's the principle at matters to me. Take a minute, hang a sign on your door and let people know that you're not allowing customers on the inside. Once I pull to the order menu. I wait it and complete silence without being greeted. Again, common courtesy, please take a moment. Look at the menu, I'll be right with you. For me this goes a long way. Once I ordered my fand got to the window. I was given my total I didn't wait long for the food, When I received my food and my receipt nothing what said. Again, another opportunity to say. I'm sorry about your weight or even a thank you for choosing Burger King. Would have been nice. There was several opportunities To make a better professional approach during this experience on your part. However, no attempt was made. Hopefully for the next customer, It was a fail for me."
