"Everything is made fresh on the spot by employees who exhibit great customer service. Amazing burgers and shakes ! The burgers are very fresh, not frozen tasting like other restaurants. Fresh toppings, tomatoes, pickles, onions, and lettuce made the burger just right! The shakes are pleasantly filling and delicious. Also made on the spot quickly with our meal. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable!! Thanks, Wayback Burgers. ☺️ As a Cincinnati foodie, I will be returning soon."
"Stumbled upon this place and it is so good! Surprised I've never heard of it before. Food and service was excellent. Only 4 stars on atmosphere because it's chilly inside."
"Traditional Burger and Fries that are done well. The Cajun Remoulade dipping sauce for the fries was good. I ordered the bacon burger, and the bacon was a letdown. It was heat and serve bacon, which is not the thought you have for wayback. One piece of good bacon would have done the job but they skimmed on that purchase. The staff were great and friendly and did their job well."
"Fantastic burgers. My husband and I are from texas, and we travel all over the states. This is one of the best burgers we've had. The staff was extremely friendly, especially patty. Their Hamburgers were made with fresh, never frozen ground beef and was hot and delicious. Their fries were hot to the touch. Their ice tea is phenomenal. I can not recommend this highly enough. A definite must go to.❤️❤️❤️❤️"
"Place is kind of small and kind of loud since the food and shakes are made right there. Burgers were fantastic though. Oreo shake was also very yummy."
