Reviews of Taco Bell
"The owner was Rude and yelled at me, the customer because I complained about a steak burrito that he made with two of the Tiniest pieces of steak in this So called “ steak burrito “ He’s disrespectful to woman of opinion. He Over talked me and told me to Shut up! I will continue to tell everyone that I know how Rude he is and how Horrible the Food is. Taco Bell used to be Lots Better and it would Prosper If this Man was a Loving Godly man. But, Unfortunately, he is Not!"
"I love taco bell, I'll get that out of the way, this is nothing about Taco Bell as a whole or other taco bell restaurants. This is about this particular taco bell in particular. This taco bell has got to be the worst taco bell in Ohio. I have never ever received an order that was correct from this location. I honestly have given them so many chances, but they don't seem to be able to complete any order correctly. If you order something customized, you're throwing money away because they're not going to add the onions or replace the beef with chicken. You're getting the default no matter what. That wouldn't be too much of an issue if they could get the order correctly if you only ordered default items, but I guess a chalupa is the same thing as a crunchy beef taco to them despite the not insignificant price difference. To add insult to injury, all of the staff here is rude as heck and when you ask for the sauces that you paid for that somehow didn't end up in the bag but ended up on the receipt, you get attitude and two sauces. The worst part is that you know the order is wrong in the bag anyway so it's kind of an exercise in futility. I will exercise my right to count the number of items in the bag because I know you missed one, and I shouldn't be treated like an inconvenience because I asked for the item you forgot to put in the bag that I paid for. When you do get the correct item, despite this being a rare occurrence, it's usually extremely poorly made. Mexican pizzas that look like they've been drop kicked across the store, tacos that are somehow fused to their paper wrappings and quesadillas that appear to have been sat on by an elephant are the norm for this location. I'm posting this review because there's no other recourse for me to report these shortcomings to taco bell corporate and get the money back for wrong, unfulfilled and poor quality orders. If you want taco bell, the one on 747 and the one on Kemper by tricounty are both much better options."
"This tacobell needs to get its act together. The service is terrible. Food is usually cold and the employees have the biggest attitudes. The manager needs to freakin tell them if they don’t like working there, they should find a different job. There’s no point in making someone else day bad if you are having a bad day. I went today for lunch, starving, trying to grab a quick lunch and your worker (who was talking super slow for some reason) had the biggest attitude when I was order food. Sorry I like my food a certain way and I am paying you for it. Don’t like it, then you’re in the wrong freaking place. I only asked for no lettuce on spicy potato soft taco , and chipotle sauce and jalapeño peppers on cheesy bean and rice burrito when this woman started giving me an attitude and saying dumb things. Half of them were gibberish. I think the manager needs to figure this out ASAP. In any case, I will never be returning to this tacobell ever."
"Forced people using the drive through to come in the store so they could keep their drive through times artificially low. And the food was poorly made. Got a couple breakfast burritos which have nacho cheese on them. Both of them had no nacho cheese in 95% of the burrito, just a tiny squirt at one end. As someone who spent over a decade in fast food I would have been completely embarrassed to provide food and service that was so poor, even if we were short staffed. Still gotta put out a quality product, else why should people ever spend money with you?"
"★★★★★ Food quality ★★★★★ Service ★★★★★ Ambiance ★★★★★ Value ★★★★★ Menu selection ★★★★★ Location/Accessibility ★★★★★ Overall experience A few weeks ago, I decided to treat myself to a quick and satisfying lunch after an exhilarating hike, and headed over to the nearest Taco Bell location. Ordering online through their website was a breeze, and I opted for the BUILD YOUR OWN CRAVINGS BOX, a tempting offer that promised a customizable three-course meal at an affordable price point of just $6. Upon arriving, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the restaurant was practically empty, with only one lone diner present in the dining area. However, I couldn't help but notice the long line of cars snaking through the drive-thru, hinting at the eatery's popularity. After collecting my order, which had already been prepared by the efficient and diligent staff, I settled down at a table to enjoy my meal. As I savored my first few bites, I took in the immaculate and tasteful decor that adorned the walls and glass panels. The contrast between the dark ceiling and the bright walls created a cozy ambiance, and the ample space between tables added to the inviting and relaxing atmosphere. My order arrived in a generic yet charming paper box with colorful prints, and included a Crunchwrap Supreme® with fresco, seasoned beef, tomato, and lettuce; a Bean Burrito with fresco, bean, red sauce, and onion; a Fiesta Potatoes bowl with fresco, and tomato; and a regular Diet Pepsi®. Each item was individually wrapped for convenience, and the Fiesta Potatoes came in a small plastic bowl with a lid. I started off my culinary journey with the Fiesta Potatoes, which tasted like hash browns with a touch of spice. The fresco topping was a simple yet satisfying mixture of tomato and some seasoning, and it paired wonderfully with the potatoes. Next, I eagerly unwrapped the Bean Burrito, which immediately caught my eye with its thick and flavorful tortilla. The beans had a delightful consistency, almost like a paste, and had a sweet taste that was perfectly balanced by the savory red sauce and onions. To me, the Bean Burrito felt more like a playful dessert than a savory dish. Last but certainly not least, I tackled the Crunchwrap Supreme®, which was a bit tricky to open but well worth the effort. The filling consisted of three layers: fresco, seasoned beef, and a thin layer of something savory that resembled fried egg. The flavors and textures worked in perfect harmony, and the tortilla wrap served as the perfect vehicle to deliver this delicious combination to my taste buds. Even without sauce, the Crunchwrap Supreme® was impressively savory and addictive, and I found myself wishing that I had ordered more. I took occasional sips from the regular Diet Pepsi®, which tasted like a typical soda with a heavy dose of artificial sugar, but it did its job of quenching my thirst between bites. Although the portions were a bit smaller than the pictures shown in the menu, I still found the BUILD YOUR OWN CRAVINGS BOX to be an excellent value for the price. Overall, I highly recommend Taco Bell to anyone looking for a quick and scrumptious meal. The BUILD YOUR OWN CRAVINGS BOX is a fantastic deal that allows you to sample a variety of tasty offerings."
