"Food is usually always hot and perfect. Occasionally, when really busy, they will rush the wrapper or even give you the wrong order. I would always check that you have the right stuff before you leave the parking lot."
"Watched a guy leave because he couldn't figure out the self order, no employees helped and just pointed him to the machine. He wanted to customize his order and didn't know how. Employees need to be able to help customers with orders and I found that lack of service to be despicable."

"DO NOT GO HERE! Customer service was terrible, the employees in the drive thru not only made a rude remark towards me stating “she doesn’t even know what she wants” while I was ordering but also forgot my chicken chalupa that I paid for, which I wouldn’t be too bothered about if they were at least nice. Also to end it off all my food was cold and my potato fiesta bowl was way too over cooked it was BURNT. Please save your time and money and go to a different restaurant."
