"Ordered Online - only person in the store when picking up my order, Requested special instructions to cut the sandwich and it was not cut at all. Customer service was non-existent and employees started goofing off as soon as we left. Food was good but service and store cleanliness definitely was not."

"Was here opening day and they messed up both my sandwiches. Called and said to talk to manager next day. Stopped in and he had already given me a credit on order ticket. Came on today to redeem and the manager (older black guy) couldn't find it and said they throw them away after a few days. Wouldn't honor my order. I left.
