"Did you know that to nearly 20% of the population, cilantro tasted like soap? To accommodate this, Chipotle normally has plain rice available on request. Well. . .not today. . .it happens. The problem is they also didn't have fajita veggies or cheese. So couple that with an undersized serving of meat, and you're left with a disappointing ~$10 meal. It's 7:45 and the sign says they're now open till 11pm. So that means 3 more hours serving up disappointment. Unacceptable. Update. . .a month later and still no plain white rice. Oh, and the rice they did have was under-cooked (nearly crunchy) and served by a teen woman who couldn't carry on a conversation without a litany of vulgarity."

"I got a bowl today, when i opened my bag, the lid was crushed and there was hardly any food. i know portion sizes are a big thing in restaurants like this, as i worked at currito, but this bowl was seriously not even half way full, not to mention looked like it has been thrown around by the person handling it. they absolutely refused to even remake it, they wouldn’t touch it or add anything to it. seriously this location is a joke. if you want burnt steak and no food in the bowl, just come to this location!"

"The last few times my family has been here I always leave feeling a bit disappointed. I asked for extra lettuce and didn’t even get a regular serving size on our online pick up order. We were also here about a month ago and the rice was so undercooked it was crunchy. We will look to other chipotles for now on."

"This place is awful. The employees must be paying for supplies out of their own pockets because that’s how they act. I work nearby and often end up going here for lunch as it is one of the only healthy options. I have only had a full burrito bowl maybe 2 times out of 20. It is literally as if someone ate half of the bowl."

"Edit 4 stars to 1 : the rice is always crunchy anymore and the pork is so old I wonder if it's safe to eat. So overdone and old it's like crunchy hard and translucent. What a disappointment. Solid 4 stars. 1 out of 5 times my order is just rough or not exactly what you would call fresh. Overall they do a good job though and the burrito bowls are solid so I'll keep rolling the dice."
